Fix common problems

Site cannot find the extension

Check that Eigenwallet is enabled in about:addons, then reload the site. For private windows and Tor Browser, allow private-window access. If the site says Open your extension, open it and check site access.

No wallet

Click Open wallet, then create a wallet or restore one.

Approval button is unavailable

Focus the extension tab and wait a second before clicking Get final offer or Start swap.

Offer expired

Return to the site and click Review in wallet for a new offer.

Balance has not updated

Wait a few minutes, then click Full scan on the wallet page. If it still does not update, check Settings > Network endpoints for unreachable Bitcoin servers.

Engine stopped

Click Reload. If it fails again, click Start without opening the wallet and inspect Settings > Diagnostics, sync and logs. Use Reopen selected wallet to leave recovery mode.
